Guidelines, manuals and reports

The CMN produces different types of online materials that complement the services in the CMN Knowledge Hub. They consist largely of guidelines, manuals and reports that are prepared in accordance with the TOAEP Authors’ Manual, including the referencing of sources to the ICC Legal Tools Database. This draws on experience of academic research conducted in CILRAP (see the FICHL Research Agenda and the four TOAEP publication series). The online materials, together with the databases and other electronic tools in the CMN Knowledge Hub, aim to facilitate capacity development and professionalization, in particular in justice sector institutions and civil society organisations that are working on documentation, analysis, investigation, prosecution or adjudication of core international crimes or gross violations of international human rights law.
